SHANGHAI, Mar 31 (SMM) - Aluminium prices rose after falling in March and the prices of secondary aluminium followed suit. The overall ADC12 prices fell, with large enterprises quoting at 19,200-19,400 yuan/mt and small and medium-sized enterprises quoting at 18,800-19,000 yuan/mt. As of March 30, SMM ADC12 price closed at 19,400 yuan/mt, a decrease of 250 yuan/mt from the end of February.
On the whole, under the constraints of falling cost and poor demand in March, the prices of ADC12 declined and may fluctuate in a narrow range in the short term.
