According to data released by INSG (International Nickel Study Group) on February 21, global nickel market saw an oversupply of 21,900 mt in December 2022, compared with a surplus of 6,700 mt in November.
In the full year of 2022, the there was an excessive supply of 112,200 mt of nickel in the global market, compared with a shortfall of 166,600 mt in 2021.
