China's September Bauxite Imports down 23.57% MoM, with Guinea Being Top Supplier

Data from the General Administration of Customs shows that China's imports of bauxite in September were 8.21 million mt, a decrease of 23.57% from the previous month and 0.96% from the same period last year.

Guinea was the largest supplier. Last month, China imported 4.15 million mt of bauxite from Guinea, a decrease of 33.7% month-on-month, but an increase of 6% year-on-year.
