Ports in south China: Australian ore 46.5-47.5 yuan/mtu, South African manganese semicarbonate ore 36-37 yuan/mtu, Gabonese ore 43-44 yuan/mtu, Brazilian ore 42-43 yuan/mtu, South African high-iron ore 31-31.5 yuan/mtu.
According to SMM, due to the impact of the pabdemic in Tianjin port, the downstream is more willing to purchase, and the miners held the price firm. However, alloy factories are less willing to accept high-priced raw materials. The short-term manganese ore market may run in a stalemate.
