Social Inventories of Silicon Metal Increased due to the Thin Transactions during the National Day Holiday

SHANGHAI, Oct 8 (SMM) – Social inventories of silicon metal across Huangpu port, Kunming city and Tianjin port totalled 126,000 mt as of October 8, up 6,000 mt from before the National Day holiday. During the National Day holiday, the inflow and outflow of goods from the Tianjin port warehouse slowed down due to the impact of the pandemic, and now has basically returned to normal. The warehouse of Huangpu port had light shipments during the holidays, while the inventory increased slightly. In Kunming, the logistics was basically normal and the goods in the factory were transferred to social inventory. As the transactions were thin during holiday, the total social inventory increased.
