Customs information shows that the export volume of China's aluminum products increased significantly from January to February this year. The global epidemic situation and energy shortage have led to the increase of market dependence on Chinese aluminum materials and products, and the sharp rise in international aluminum prices is also conducive to China's exports, bringing new opportunities to China's aluminum industry chain. The export of aluminum products has also made an important contribution to the smooth operation of the industry and to the realization of "six stability" and "six guarantees".

From January to February 2022, cumulative exports of aluminum and its products totaled US $6.557 billion, an increase of 37.9% over the same period last year. In the ranking of export trading partners of aluminum and its products, exports to the United States totaled US $780 million from January to February, continuing to rank first. Mexico, Japan, South Korea and Thailand ranked second to fifth, but the numbers of all the United States were very different.
