SHANGHAI, Oct 26 (SMM) – Land supply (2021.10.11-2021.10.17): The total construction area of land supply in 100 cities decreased by 18.31% year-on-year. A total of 194 parcels were supplied in the week; of which 74 parcels were residential land, 27 parcels were commercial land, 73 parcels were industrial land, and 20 parcels were other kinds of land.
Land transactions (2021.10.11-2021.10.17): The planned construction area of land transactions in the 100 cities totalled 18.05 million m2, up 135.54% from the previous week but down 43.59% on the year. A total of 197 parcels were traded in the week; of which 95 parcels were residential land, 12 parcels were commercial land, 85 parcels were industrial land and 5 parcels were other kinds of land.
A total of 15,500 first-hand houses were traded in 36 major cities in the week, a decrease of 37.58% from the previous week and 46.75% year-on-year. The transactions of second-hand housing in 11 cities tracked totalled 4,200 units, an increase of 12.77% from the previous week, but a year-on-year decrease of 37.32%.
