According to the notice of the Office of the Chongqing Manganese pollution rectification and Reform leading Group on issuing the work Plan for speeding up the Phase-out of backward production capacity in Manganese Industry in Chongqing (Chongqing Manganese rectification and Reform Office [2021] No. 5) and the "implementation Plan for speeding up the Phase-out of backward production capacity in Manganese Industry in Xiushan Autonomous County" (Xiushan Fa [2021] No. 13) and other requirements, upon voluntary application by enterprises, the county government studied and agreed.
