On February 5, Tongde Chemical announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Shenzhen Butterfly Valley Capital Management Co., Ltd. and other government investment funds to establish Tongde (Changzhi) new energy materials partnership. Among them, Tongde Chemical plans to contribute 299 million yuan. After its establishment, the partnership mainly invests in Shanxi Rocky Mountain Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd., which produces polysilicon in the photovoltaic industry. The partnership contributed about 250 million yuan in cash to increase the capital of Shanxi Rocky Mountain. After the capital increase is completed, the partnership will become the largest shareholder in Shanxi Rocky Mountain.

Shanxi Rocky Mountain Photovoltaic Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which invests in the production of polysilicon in the photovoltaic industry, is a technical team led by Dr. Liu Lixin to continuously produce qualified finished silicon ingots using silicon mud as raw materials. and pull the single crystal successfully, this product is consistent with the current mainstream "improved Siemens Chemical method" product quality, has been fully equipped with large-scale industrial application and promotion.
