2020 (NIO Day 2020) will be held in Chengdu on January 9, 2021.

At this year's NIO DAY, ET7, released its first car, which is also the first intelligent electric flagship car with self-driving ability.

The starting price is 448000 yuan before the subsidy, 378000 yuan before the subsidy for the BaaS program, 526000 yuan before the subsidy for the initial version and 398000 yuan before the subsidy for the BaaS program. It is now open for booking in App, and delivery is expected to start in the first quarter of 2022.

According to the official introduction of Xilai Automobile, ET7 uses the latest Wei automatic driving technology NAD (NIO Autonomous Driving).

Aquila is equipped with 33 high-performance sensing hardware, including 11 8 million-pixel high-definition cameras and an ultra-long-range high-precision lidar. Weilai supercomputing platform Adam carries four Nvidia NVIDIA DRIVE Orin chips with computing power as high as 1016TOPS.

At this point, Weilai has established a full-stack autopilot technology capability, which will gradually achieve an easy and safe point-to-point autopilot experience in high-speed, urban, parking, power-up and other scenarios.

And this set of NAD full function will adopt the monthly subscription mode to provide services, that is, the ADaaS (AD as a Service), service fee is 680yuan per month.

In terms of the whole vehicle, the Lai ET7 is 5098mm long and 1987 mm, wide and 1505 mm, wheelbase 3060mm. It uses the second generation digital cockpit technology of Weilai, carries the third generation digital cockpit computing platform of Qualcomm, and has stronger vehicle mobile interconnection and communication capability. The world's first vehicle artificial intelligence system, NOMI, continues to evolve; 23 speakers are standard, with an output power of 1000 watts, creating the first 7.1.4 vehicle immersion sound system.

ET7 uses 180kW front permanent magnet motor + 300kW rear induction motor, zero to 100km acceleration only 3.9seconds, 100km to zero braking distance 33.5m; wind resistance coefficient is as low as 0.23CD, with the application of silicon carbide power module of the second generation of high efficiency electric drive platform, the overall energy efficiency level is improved, equipped with 70kWh battery pack NEDC to last for more than 500km, 100kWh for more than 700km.

It is worth noting that in this NIO Day, Xilai also released the 150kWh battery pack. The battery pack adopts advanced mass production solid-state battery technology and can achieve a 50% increase in energy density.

It is reported that 150kWh solid-state battery uses solid-liquid electrolyte of in-situ curing process to ensure cell safety; silicon-carbon negative electrode of inorganic pre-lithiation process, combined with ultra-high nickel positive electrode of nano-scale coating process, ensures life while energy density jumps, and improves charging efficiency.

150kWh battery, using solid-state battery technology, can achieve 360Wh/kg energy density.

Through the innovation of materials and technology, the ultra-high energy density of 360Wh/kg is realized, and all Weilai models can be upgraded. Equipped with 150kWh battery bag, all the Weilai models get ultra-long NEDC service life, 2018 ES8 super 730km, brand new ES8 ultra 850km Magi ES6 and EC6 super 900km, ET7 super 1000km.

In terms of energy supplement, according to Wei, so far, more than 66% of users have installed home charging piles; the overcharging network has completed 100 overcharging stations and 792 overcharging piles; and the charging map of Weilai has access to more than 285000 three-party fast charging piles, covering more than 300 cities across the country. In September 2020, Xilai announced that Power Up Plan, plans to deploy 30, 000 20kW DC piles across the country. In December 2020, users helped Weilai get through more than 2900 kilometers of destination charging route from Chengdu to the base camp of Mount Qomolangma.

At the same time, Weilai has built 177 power exchange stations across the country, with a total of more than 1.49 million power changes, with an average of one Wei coming from the full power station every 12 seconds. In order to continuously improve the experience of power exchange service, Weilai officially released the second generation replacement power station. The daily service capacity of the second generation power station is up to 312, unattended, the vehicle can be parked automatically, and the self-service power change can be started with one button in the car, and the user does not need to get off the bus.

Weilai will speed up the layout of power stations, and it is planned that the total number of power stations will reach 500 by the end of 2021.

As of December 31, 2020, the cumulative delivery volume of Weilai has reached 75641.
