2 photovoltaic projects are involved! Adjustment list of key construction projects in Zhejiang in 2020

SMM: on Sept. 8, the Provincial Department of Natural Resources of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on issuing the adjustment list of key construction projects of the province in 2020, including two photovoltaic projects, namely, Yiwu Jingao Solar Technology Co., Ltd. annual production of 10GW high-efficiency battery and 10GW high-efficiency components and supporting projects, Hengdian Group East Magnetic Co., Ltd. annual production of 1.6GW high-efficiency PERC single crystal battery project (Dongyang).

With the consent of the provincial government, the supplementary list of provincial key construction projects in 2020, the supplementary list of provincial key construction projects in 2020, and the list of independent provincial key projects for national land plan indicators (the first batch) are hereby issued to you. There are 147provincial key construction projects with a total investment of 549.6 billion yuan and 62 pre-arranged projects with a total investment of 417.3 billion yuan. At the same time, in order to seize the opportunity of the policy window, 79 projects were selected from the plate of provincial key projects this year as the first batch of declared projects to strive for the indicators of the national land plan, with a total investment of 186.9 billion yuan. All localities and relevant units should, in accordance with the requirements of the measures for the Management of key Construction projects of Zhejiang Province (Provincial Government decree No. 270), actively do a good job in ensuring the guarantee of various elements of project construction and the coordination of services, so as to ensure that the project will start construction as soon as possible during the year, and achieve the annual investment target as planned. The first batch of projects to apply for the indicators of the national land plan should speed up the preliminary work to ensure that the land components are submitted for approval by the end of November 2020.
