(hereinafter referred to as "Singapore Company"), Global Aluminium International PTE LTD (hereinafter referred to as "GAI") and PT Bintan Alumina Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as "BAI"). It is used for the construction of "1 million tons of alumina project in Bintan Nanshan Industrial Park, Indonesia".
