On June 19, China’s East Hope Group and India’s ADANI Group signed an investment framework agreement.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 23 (SMM) –On June 19, China’s East Hope Group and India’s ADANI Group signed an investment framework agreement.

East Hope Group plans to build alumina, aluminum, coal chemical and PV projects in Mundra Special Economic Zone, Gujarat, India through sole proprietorship or joint venture.

Mundra Special Economic Zone, operated by ADANI Group, has established a deep water port with international standard, which has the biggest annual throughput in India. There is an 8000MW coal fired power plant in the zone, importing coal mainly from Indonesia and Australia.

【SMM 알루미늄 합금 일일 리뷰】 가장 활발하게 거래된 주조 알루미늄 합금 2611 계약은 오늘 23,855위안/톤에 개장하여 장중 최고가인 23,930위안/톤까지 급등했으나 상승세가 약화된 후 횡보 및 하락세로 전환하여 정오 전 장중 최저가인 23,795위안/톤까지 하락했고, 23,810위안/톤에 마감했다. 야간장 종가 대비 65위안, 즉 0.27% 하락했으며, 전일 정산가 대비 누적 0.08% 상승했다.

알루미늄 가격 강세로 성수기 위축, 중국 중부 시장 신중한 구매와 큰 폭 할인

9월 성수기에 대한 기대와 부진한 현실이 엇갈렸다. 알루미늄 가격이 높은 수준을 유지하면서 화중 지역 하류 가공 기업들은 필요할 때만 소량 구매하고 신중하게 재고를 비축하며 공장 내 재고 축소에 주력했다. 현물과 선물 시장을 동시에 활용하는 트레이딩 업체만이 대량 구매에 나섰고, 주요 공급업체들은 큰 폭의 할인으로 인해 판매 의지가 제한적이었다. 결국 화중 시장의 실제 거래 가격은 09월물 대비 톤당 150~180위안 할인된 수준에서 형성되었다.
