SHANGHAI, Dec. 8 (SMM) – On Thursday, SHFE 1702 lead opened at RMB 20,595/mt and then stabilized at RMB 20,750/mt, up to as high as RMB 21,460/mt. The contract finally closed at RMB 20,775/mt, up RMB 75/mt or 0.36%. Trading volumes reduced 9,934 to 73,786 lots and positions increased 2,624 to 41,774. US dollar index fluctuated weakly on Thursday and once dropped below 100 while Chinese yuan increased slightly. Base metals stabilized in China’s market and SHFE 1702 lead fluctuated above the 10-day moving average on Thursday.
SHFE 1702 lead is expected to keep fluctuating at current price for the foreseeable future.
