Anhui State-owned Assets and NIO Partner to Build a Thousand-Site Battery Swap Station

On January 11th, NIO announced a partnership with Anhui Energy Group and Anhui Provincial Construction Group, signing a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly promote the construction of an open and shared energy storage and charging system, and to jointly promote the construction of 1000 integrated battery swap stations. On the same day, NIO also announced strategic cooperation agreements with Jiangqi Group and Chery Automobile for battery swapping, with cooperation in battery standards, battery swap network construction, and battery asset management.
