SHANGHAI, Apr 12 (SMM) - The U.S. dollar index fell 0.16% as of 15:17 CST today. Crude oil futures rose slightly today. As of 15:18, WTI oil and Brent oil rose by around 0.2%.
As of the closing of the intraday trading, SHFE aluminium and zinc fell by about 0.3%, SHFE nickel rose by 2.61%, SHFE copper gained by 0.45%, SHFE tin went up by 0.27%, and SHFE lead advanced by 0.07%.
Rebar and hot-rolled coil prices fell slightly, down by 0.08% and 0.03% respectively. Stainless steel prices rose by 2.03%. Iron ore rose by 0.25%.
LME metals mostly closed with losses. As of 15:48, LME tin fell 1.42%, LME nickel dropped 1.08%, LME zinc dipped 0.53%, LME copper fell 0.33%; LME aluminium and lead gained 0.2%.
