Arriving Shipments of Aluminium Alloy Ingots to Increase On Narrower Import Losses And Consumption Recovery

SHANGHAI, Mar 24 (SMM) - With the recent decline in both domestic prices and the exchange rate of RMB against the US dollar, there is still an immediate import loss of 100-300 yuan/mt. But compared with the beginning of March, the loss has narrowed by about 300 yuan/mt.

And driven by the recovery of consumption after CNY holidays, it is expected that the subsequent arrivals of aluminium alloy ingots will slowly rise to around 100,000 mt.
