SHANGHAI, Oct. 9 (SMM) - China’s relative departments are busy making regulations for Environmental Protection Tax Law which will take effect January 1, 2018, according to Bie Tao, Deputy Director of Policy and Law for the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

Beijing Local Taxation Bureau checks information of the 6,395 payers of companies which are supposed to pay effluent discharging fees.

Chongqing Municipal Office of State Administration of Taxation signed the Memorandum for Levy and Coordination Mechanism of Environmental Protection Tax Law with Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau.
