【SMM Info Flash Aluminium】Le four d'homogénéisation de 20 tonnes de Langdun Technology mis en service avec succès en Arabie saoudite

À la veille de la fête de la Mi-Automne, le four d'homogénéisation discontinu de 20 tonnes de Langdun Technology a été mis en service avec succès à Dammam, en Arabie saoudite. L'équipement a passé sa première mise en service du premier coup et est officiellement entré en production pour le traitement thermique d'homogénéisation des billettes d'aluminium du client. Ce four de 20 tonnes est un équipement de traitement thermique essentiel pour la transformation de l'aluminium, développé et fabriqué de manière indépendante par Langdun Technology. Il se caractérise par un contrôle uniforme de la température, une faible consommation d'énergie et un fonctionnement stable, ce qui le rend parfaitement adapté aux conditions de production spécifiques de l'industrie des profilés en aluminium au Moyen-Orient, et améliore efficacement à la fois la microstructure des billettes d'aluminium et la qualité des produits finis. Tout au long du projet, l'équipe technique de Langdun Technology s'est rendue sur place pour assurer l'installation, la mise en service et la formation des opérateurs, garantissant le lancement du projet dans les délais et renforçant la reconnaissance du client.

【SMM Aluminum Flash News】ERG Group to Complete Second Phase of Pavlodar Aluminum Smelter by 2029, Doubling Output
According to foreign media reports, the ERG Group plans to complete the second phase of its Pavlodar aluminum smelter by 2029. Daniyar Rakhmatullaev, Deputy General Manager for Strategy and Development at ERG, stated that the company intends to build the new facility at the site of its existing electrolysis plant in Kazakhstan. The project involves an estimated total investment of nearly $1 billion, with construction scheduled to begin in 2027 and completion expected between 2028 and 2029. Once operational, the new plant is projected to add 400,000 tonnes to annual aluminum output, bringing total annual capacity to approximately 650,000 tonnes—up from the current 250,000 tonnes. The company also plans to expand its value chain by using its own aluminum to manufacture automotive wheels. Rakhmatullaev indicated that the project would be financed through a combination of internal funds and borrowed capital.
