Indonesia Tightens Control on Commodity Exports Through State-Owned Enterprises

[SMM Express News] Prabowo Subianto announced a new regulation on natural resource export governance aimed at strengthening oversight and control of Indonesia’s commodity exports. Under the policy, exports must be conducted through designated state-owned enterprises acting as sole exporters, initially covering strategic commodities including palm oil, coal, and ferro alloys.
