By contrast, the electrolytic manganese flake route eliminates ore leaching, requiring only a small amount of acid to dissolve manganese flakes and adjust pH to avoid hydrolysis, delivering prominent cost advantages amid high acid prices.

To ease capacity and cost pressures, leading enterprises optimize raw material and process structures: blending high-grade imported manganese oxide ore and adding pre-roasting procedures.
