CATL Launches 'Tianxing' Commercial Vehicle Battery Products for Immediate Mass Production, and Has Been Implemented in 13 Auto Manufacturers"
CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited) held a commercial battery brand and new product launch conference this afternoon. According to Gao Huan, CTO of CATL's domestic commercial business division, CATL has introduced two first-generation "Tianxing" brand light commercial vehicle battery products for the logistics and distribution industry. One is the "Tianxing L - Super Charging Edition," which can achieve 4C supercharging, replenishing 60% SOC in 12 minutes, providing an ultra-long range of 350km, and a long lifespan of 800,000km over 8 years. The other is the "Tianxing L - Long Range Edition," which can achieve an ultra-long range of 500km, equipped with a 200kWh large battery capacity and a battery system energy density of 200wh/kg. The "Tianxing L" products have now been implemented in 13 auto manufacturers and 21 models, with mass production commencing immediately after the announcement.
