According to SMM statistics, pig iron production decreased by 709,700 mt on maintenance of blast furnace (BF) from June 17 to June 23, a drop of 83,200 mt WoW. Owing to maintenance of BF, the production will shrink by 642,300 mt, an increase of 67,400 mt from this week.
In terms of rebar, rebar production dropped by 538,700 mt on maintenance, a decrease of 30,000 mt from last week. The production will shrink 487,900 mt on maintenance, a decrease of 50,800 mt from this week.
In terms of HRC, HRC production dropped by 70,000 mt on maintenance, an increase of 11,000 mt from last week. The production will shrink 50,000 mt on maintenance, a decrease of 20,000 mt from this week.
In terms of medium-thickness plates, production dropped by 48,000 mt on maintenance, an increase of 1,800 mt from last week. The production will shrink 33,600 mt on maintenance, a decrease of 14,400 mt from this week.
