SHANGHAI, Feb 24 (SMM) – The total inventory of HRC across social warehouses and steel makers in China stood at 4.06 million mt as of February 23, down 16,400 mt or 0.4% from a week ago, a gain of 11.78% on the year.
The inventory across social warehouses was 3.01 million mt, up 23,300 mt or 0.78% from a week ago, a gain of 14.33% on the year.
The in-plant inventory of steel makers totalled 1.05 million mt, down 39,700 mt or 3.65% from a week ago, and a gain of 5.04% on the year.
