SHANGHAI, Feb 16 (SMM) – The total inventory of HRC across social warehouses and steel makers in China stood at 4.08 million mt as of February 16, down 89,900 mt or 2.16% from a week ago, a gain of 9.83% on the year.
The inventory across social warehouses was 2.99 million mt, down 64,200 mt or 2.1% from a week ago, a gain of 11.3% on the year.
The in-plant inventory of steel makers totalled 1.09 million mt, down 25,700 mt or 2.31% from a week ago, and a gain of 5.99% on the year.
