(referred to as "Guoxuan Hi-Tech"). The company sells lithium-ion battery post-processing system equipment to Guoxuan Hi-Tech, with an estimated total amount of no more than 371 million yuan.
Founded in 2011, Hangke Technology has been committed to the design, R & D, production and sales of all kinds of rechargeable batteries, especially the post-processing system of lithium-ion battery. at present, it has the core technology and capability in the R & D and production of core equipment such as rechargeable motor and internal resistance tester, and can provide the overall solution of the post-processing system of lithium-ion battery production line.
Bank of China Securities said that the competition pattern of equipment in the latter stage is better, the gross profit margin is higher than the front and middle stages, and the market share of Hangke science and technology charge and discharge equipment is more than 20%.
In this round of power battery expansion, the mainstream manufacturers at home and abroad are more clear about their willingness to expand production. According to BOC Securities's review of production expansion plans for mainstream battery factories such as Ningde Times, BYD, LG, SKI and Northvolt, capacity is expected to increase by about 760GWH in 2023 compared with the end of 2019, corresponding to a total increase of about 145.4 billion in the global lithium equipment market from 2020 to 2023.
Taking into account the permeability of new energy vehicles, Bank of China Securities expects the average annual market size of lithium battery equipment in the rear section of lithium batteries from 2020 to 2023 to be about 10 billion yuan.
