Guizhou Jinyuan and Xiexin New Energy sign 650MW Photovoltaic Project Cooperation Agreement

SMM: recently, Guizhou Jinyuan and Suzhou Xiexin New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. held an agreement signing ceremony for South China regional new energy project in Suzhou. Huang he, party committee member and deputy general manager of Guizhou Jinyuan, and Ren Feng, vice president of Xiexin New Energy, signed "Framework Agreement on M & An of 7 Photovoltaic Power Station projects in South China" and "Framework Agreement on Cooperative Development of Guangxi Qinzhou 300MW Photovoltaic demonstration Project at affordable prices".

There are eight cooperation projects with a total scale of 650000 kilowatts. The successful signing of the project cooperation framework agreement will help the two sides to give full play to their respective advantages and achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages and mutual benefit. It will play a positive role in expanding the depth of market development and optimizing the layout of industrial development.

After the signing ceremony, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on the development of the upstream photovoltaic industry chain, the development of photovoltaic + energy storage market, the prospect of photovoltaic power station investment market, photovoltaic resources and operation management.
