SMM: at about 6: 00 p.m. on September 3, an electric car store in the west section of Shuoxun Avenue, Qingfu Town, Yibin County, was photographed transferring hazardous waste. After receiving the report, the Gaoxian public security and environmental protection departments jointly attacked and stopped about 10 tons of hazardous waste. It is understood that since the implementation of the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental pollution by solid waste (revised in 2020), the first case suspected of engaging in collection, storage, utilization and disposal of hazardous waste across provinces and without a license was detected locally.
