Wuyi County, Zhejiang Issues Work Plan for Meeting Peak Summer Demand] On May 7, Wuyi County, Zhejiang Province, released the 2025 work plan for load management during the peak summer demand period, mentioning the construction of virtual power plants and the inclusion of discrete resources such as EV charging piles, user-side ESS, captive power plants, and landscape lighting within the scope of construction. During periods of electricity shortage, flexible resources such as user-side ESS and captive power plants will be actively organized to generate electricity at peak times, ensuring the virtual power plant's effectiveness in ensuring electricity supply.

Sungrow Wins 7.5 Gwh Energy Storage Order in UAE

Sungrow announced that it won a 7.5 Gwh energy storage order in the UAE, partnering with international renewable energy company Masdar to supply 7.5 Gwh PowerTitan3.0 liquid-cooled ESS and 2.6 GW inverters for the UAE RTC1Plant (North) project.
