【SMM Lithium Carbonate Futures Review: LC2407 main contract fell by 1.48%】On February 8th, the main contract LC2407 for lithium carbonate futures fell by 1.48%. According to data, the main contract opened at 97,600 yuan/ton and closed at 96,300 yuan/ton, with a trading volume of 57,952 lots and an open interest of 138,228 lots, an increase of 1,776 lots compared to the previous trading day. The spot price for battery-grade lithium carbonate quoted by SMM on the same day was 94,300-99,800 yuan/ton, with an average price of 97,050 yuan/ton, unchanged from the previous working day. Looking at the trend, the price of lithium carbonate stabilized after the opening on the day, then oscillated downward below the moving average, and rose slightly from the midday to the end of the session, but ultimately closed down by 1.48%.
