Recently, the People's Government of Lvliang City, Shanxi Province issued a notice on the implementation plan for carbon peaking in Lvliang City. The document points out the need for new energy and clean energy substitution actions: wind power, photovoltaic new energy, and new types of energy storage base construction projects. By 2025, the installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation will reach about 5 million kilowatts, and by 2030 it will reach about 7 million kilowatts.
