Furte Electronic Co., Ltd., a state-city joint venture, has newly established a project to construct a 5000-ton high-end green rare earth permanent magnet material production line. The equipment is now being installed and tested for trial production, marking the birth of the first intelligent and green integrated high-end neodymium iron boron production line in China.

The project will construct an intelligent vertical library and build an unmanned AGV vehicle operation high-intelligence production line. At the same time, the production line will realize the green short process and efficient regeneration of rare earth permanent magnet solid waste, with a total recovery rate of rare earth resources of more than 90%, and the regeneration magnet performance is not lower than the original magnet, and the carbon emission reduction rate is more than 67%, reducing the environmental pollution in the process of rare earth resource regeneration and reuse, and promoting the green and sustainable development of rare earth permanent magnet materials.
