According to data released by the London Metal Exchange (LME), LME tin inventories continued to pick up last week and reached a new high over past 2.5 months at 3,220 mt as of February 10. The inventory retreated this week and stood at 3,130 mt according to latest data.
In contrast, SHFE tin inventory climbed by 11.81% to 7,856 mt in the week ending February 10, hitting a two-year high and posting a six-week winning streak.
