Central China Smelter Reports Drop in Scrap Battery Inventory to 5,000 mt Amid Weak Arrivals

[Secondary Lead Raw Material Update] A smelter in central China reported that its scrap battery inventory was still over 10,000 mt last week. This week, arrivals of scrap lead-acid batteries have been weak, and the current raw material inventory has pulled back to just over 5,000 mt.
