[China's AI large model weekly call volume leads for 21 consecutive weeks: DeepSeek V4.1-Flash tops the list, up 219% WoW]

Based on the latest data from OpenRouter, last week (September 14–20), global AI large model total call volume reached 129 trillion tokens, up 1.57% WoW. Among the listed AI large models, Chinese AI large models recorded a weekly call volume of 67.46 trillion tokens, up 10.28% WoW, while US AI large models recorded 14.21 trillion tokens over the same period, down 34.7% WoW. Chinese large models have surpassed US models in weekly call volume for 21 consecutive weeks, firmly holding the top spot globally. Last week, four of the top five models by global call volume were Chinese AI large models. Among them, DeepSeekV4.1-Flash rose to first place, with a weekly call volume of 15.8 trillion tokens, up 219% WoW.
