[Steel Billet] Today, FOB export prices for square billets held steady for now, with quotations at Jiangyin Port at USD 460–465/t, and order shipments concentrated in October–November. It is understood that offers in some overseas markets have risen, widening the price spread between domestic and export billets. However, buyers currently have limited acceptance of high price levels, and most prefer to stay on the sidelines for now.
