Zhengzhou Lifu New Materials Co., Ltd. Looks Forward to Meeting You at the 2026 SMM (3rd) South China Nonferrous Metals Annual Conference

Published: Sep 3, 2026 16:24

As the global green transition and the "dual carbon" goals continue to advance, the nonferrous metals industry is accelerating its shift toward low-carbon, intelligent, and high-end development. As a core industrial hub, South China boasts a complete industry chain, outstanding resource endowments, and strong policy support, generating robust development momentum.

Hosted by SMM, thewill be held on September 9-11 in Nanning, Guangxi. Centered on five key themes—price trends, market outlook, trade environment, policy direction, and low-carbon technologies—the conference aims to build a premier platform for industry exchange and collaboration.

cordially invites colleagues from across the industry to gather in Nanning for this grand event, to jointly promote technological innovation and digital-intelligent transformation, and to help enterprises seize opportunities, address challenges, and drive high-quality development of the nonferrous metals industry.

Empowering High-Temperature Industries with Green and Energy-Efficient Development

is located in Xinmi City, Henan Province, in central China. As a high-tech enterprise, it primarily provides energy-saving, consumption-reducing, and long-life green new materials for high-temperature industries. The company has an annual production capacity of over 80,000 mt of various products (50,000 mt of titanium-aluminum ceramic composite materials, 35,000 m³ of nanocomposite insulation materials, 20,000 mt of high-temperature resistant unshaped materials, and 10,000 m² of microcrystalline ceramic materials).

With registered capital of 64.3 million yuan and covering an area of over 60 mu, the company currently employs more than 60 staff members (including 25 technical personnel and 5 with senior technical titles). It holds 6 invention patents, 3 utility model patents, and 13 design patents, making it a high-tech new materials manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and technical services.

In cooperation with France's TRB, the company has adopted advanced French composite material manufacturing technologies and fully automated production equipment. Targeting challenges encountered in high-temperature industrial processes in sectors such as cement, steel, aluminum, and nonferrous metals—where kiln lining materials are prone to wear, severe erosion, and heavy buildup in high-temperature environments—the company offers a series of green, energy-saving, and long-life new materials.

  • Titanium-aluminum ceramic composite materials combine the high wear resistance and high erosion resistance of ceramic materials with the superior toughness and strength of metallic materials. When used in high-temperature, high-wear, and severely eroded areas, their service life is 2 to 6 times that of castables.

  • Nanocomposite insulation materials have a thermal conductivity as low as 0.03, 4 to 5 times lower than traditional calcium silicate boards. For the same insulation performance, the required thickness is only one-third that of calcium silicate boards; at the same thickness, equipment surface temperatures can be reduced by 30-80°C, lowering energy consumption and reducing carbon emissions.

  • The high-temperature resistant unshaped refractory material adopts advanced French composite material processing technology, with a service life 1 to 2 times longer than similar domestic products. Among them, the high-temperature mortar features strong bonding strength and high bonding strength at elevated temperatures, which can improve the safety of lining applications. The antifreeze mortar can be applied normally at ambient temperatures from 0 to -30°C without reducing bonding strength.

  • Microcrystalline ceramic material is produced by compounding large-crystal silicon carbide crystals and highly corrosion-resistant corundum crystals under high temperature, high pressure, and high-purity catalytic gas, offering excellent high-temperature volume stability, high wear resistance, anti-skinning performance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to thermal shock.

[Flash | Chile's July Imacec Falls 1.5% YoY, Steepest Monthly Drop Since 2022 as Mining Slumps 9.3%]
Chile's central bank reported on September 1 that the July Imacec economic activity index fell 1.5% year-on-year on an unadjusted basis. On a seasonally adjusted basis, the index fell 2.1% year-on-year and 1.7% month-on-month, marking the steepest monthly decline since 2022. The bank attributed the drop mainly to mining, which fell a significant 9.3%, primarily due to weather conditions, followed by lower ore grades and equipment maintenance that disrupted normal production operations. Many of the affected mines are copper-molybdenum associated deposits. Since molybdenum concentrate is recovered as a byproduct of the flotation process used to treat copper sulfide ore, the disruption to processing plants also curtailed molybdenum output.
