According to the published document, the decision carries the document number Shendadong Zhengfa Document [2026] No. 7 and was issued on August 28, 2026. The document shows that the "Decision of the People's Government of Dadong District, Shenyang City on Repealing the 'Several Policy Measures of Dadong District to Support the High-Quality Development of the Hydrogen Energy and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Automotive Industry'" was reviewed and approved at the 150th executive meeting of the 19th session of the Dadong District People's Government on June 30, 2026, and is hereby promulgated, effective from the date of promulgation.
