US Treasury Expands Sanctions on Entities, Countries Dealing with Iran, Targets Tech, Gold, Aviation, Shipping

The U.S. Treasury Department announced it would expand the scope of secondary sanctions, imposing sanctions on entities and countries worldwide that still maintain commercial dealings with Iran, and issuing relevant sanction decisions targeting technology, gold, aviation, shipping, and others. The Treasury also imposed sanctions on nearly 60 entities, individuals, and vessels.
