SMM China Weekly Operating Rate of Copper Anode Producers Using Scrap Declines

[SMM Copper Anode Market] Due to the relatively tight supply of tax-included copper scrap, the operating rate of China's secondary copper anode producers fell 3.93 percentage points WoW to 46.47% in the week of August 14-20. It is expected to decline by 0.62 percentage points WoW next week to 45.85%.
