[SMM Flash] China's die-casting zinc alloy exports totaled 1461.37 mt in July 2026, down 26.73% month-on-month, while increasing 505.50% year-on-year. Cumulative exports for January–July reached 8543.71 mt, up 165.24% year-on-year.

[July China Refined Zinc Turns to Net Exporter, Expected to Continue in August] According to the latest customs data, in July 2026, refined zinc imports were 5,100 mt, down 300 mt or 6.07% MoM, down 71.35% YoY; from January to July, cumulative imports of refined zinc were 64,700 mt, down 69.16% YoY on a cumulative basis. In July, refined zinc exports were 9,200 mt, up 293.76% MoM, up 2,174.28% YoY; from January to July, cumulative exports were 30,000 mt, up 134.57% YoY on a cumulative basis.
