Renforth Resources Completed Drilling Program at the Parbec Gold Deposit; Plans C$1 Million Financing

Published: Aug 18, 2026 09:44

Toronto, August 13, 2026 – Renforth Resources announced that it had completed a drilling program in stripped areas within the open-pit footprint of the Parbec gold deposit, with two drill holes completed. Expected lithologies were observed visually in the core, samples are being assayed, and results will be released promptly upon receipt.

Both holes were designed as undercut holes drilled beneath surface trench intersections announced on July 30, 2026, and targeted deeper mineralization. Drill-hole parameters will be disclosed together with the assay results.

The company originally planned three drill holes, including two undercut holes and a third targeting a data gap within the deposit model. As the two undercut holes were drilled deeper than planned, consuming the budgeted meterage and the rig time originally allocated to the third hole, that hole has been deferred to the next drilling program.

On the same day, Renforth announced that it plans to raise up to C$1 million through a non-brokered private placement, offering common shares at C$0.03 per share, or common share units at C$0.025 per unit (each unit consists of one common share and one-half warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable at C$0.05 per share for 18 months).
