[SMM Titanium Flash] On August 13th, according to foreign media reports, AMPRO announced its plan to establish a Titanium Excellence Center in New York State, USA, to enhance its supply capability of aerospace-grade recycled titanium. The center will operate as a part of ELG Utica Alloys, adjacent to its Hekimo factory, and is scheduled to be fully operational by January 2027. AMPRO stated that this move aims to meet the growing demand for recycled titanium in the aerospace industry and improve production efficiency and shorten delivery cycles through advanced automation technology. With the continuous improvement of the recycled titanium supply chain, the sustainable supply capability of aerospace-grade titanium is expected to be further enhanced.
