Recently, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission released the announcement of the selection results for the investment entity of the Central-Southern Hebei Hydrogen Pipeline Project. After comprehensive evaluation by the expert panel, Guoshun Technology Group Co., Ltd. is proposed as the investment entity for the project.
To facilitate the smooth implementation of the Central-Southern Hebei Hydrogen Pipeline Project, the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized an investment entity selection meeting, conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the participating entities based on criteria including comprehensive enterprise strength, funding and financing capability, and project implementation and management experience.
After discussion and deliberation by the expert panel, Guoshun Technology Group Co., Ltd. demonstrated relative advantages in all assessment aspects, and the panel concluded that the company could serve as the investment entity for the Central-Southern Hebei Hydrogen Pipeline Project.
The announcement period for the selection results is from August 6 to August 13, 2026. During this period, any relevant organization or individual with objections to the results may raise them with the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission in accordance with regulations.
