Recently, the Phase III wind power-to-hydrogen project of Goldwind Science&Technology in Xing’an League completed the filing of change registration. The project construction site is located in the Xing’an League Economic Development Zone, Ulanhot City, Xing’an League, Inner Mongolia, and the project entity is <strong>Goldwind Green Energy Hydrogen Technology (Xing’an League) Co., Ltd.</strong>.
According to the filing information, the project plans a total investment of <strong>2 billion yuan</strong>, including 400 million yuan in enterprise-owned funds, and it intends to apply for 1.6 billion yuan in bank loans.
After the change is completed, the project’s main construction content includes hydrogen production units, compression units, gas storage units, and related supporting facilities, with a planned hydrogen production capacity of <strong>160,000 Nm³/h</strong>.
According to the project schedule, construction is planned to start in September 2026 and is expected to be completed in September 2028. After the project is put into operation, it will further enhance local green hydrogen production as well as supporting storage, transportation, and logistics capabilities, providing support for the coordinated development of wind power resource development and the hydrogen energy industry.
