First High-Value structural steel shipment to Canada

A steel products worth 216,000 USD is produced by PT Gunung Raja Paksi Tbk to Canada that will be used for the construction project. This export shows the ability and the strategy used by Indonesia to target more higher value industrial products rather than semi-finished products.

In terms of volume, it might be small but it flexes the ability of Indonesia’s steel manufacture.
