Recently, Zaihe Truck officially launched its new H40 hydrogen-electric integrated heavy-duty truck and simultaneously signed strategic cooperation agreements with Kehong Storage & Transport and J Hydrogen Technology. The partnerships focus on in-depth collaboration around the operation of hydrogen-powered commercial vehicles and industry chain synergy, further improving the regional hydrogen-powered commercial vehicle ecosystem and supporting the development of green logistics and transportation.

The newly launched H40 hydrogen-electric integrated heavy-duty truck is primarily aimed at high-speed trunk line logistics and transportation scenarios, positioned as a next-generation hydrogen-powered intelligent logistics vehicle. The new car model features an IV-type hydrogen cylinder and a lightweight auto body design, reducing the weight of the hydrogen supply system by 20% to 30% from the industry average. The vehicle's overall weight is reduced by approximately 1.5 mt, and it is equipped with a 750 Ps large power motor, enabling intelligent switching between hydrogen and electric dual energy sources. Under pure hydrogen conditions, the driving range can reach 600 to 700 kilometers, meeting mainstream intercity logistics and transportation needs, offering logistics enterprises a transportation solution that balances cost reduction, efficiency gains, and green, low-carbon operations.

Regarding cooperation, Zaihe Truck has established a comprehensive strategic partnership with Kehong Storage & Transport. The two sides will integrate resources based on actual operational needs to jointly create a one-stop fleet implementation solution, promoting the large-scale application of green transport capacity. Concurrently, the company has formed a strategic partnership with J Hydrogen Technology, through which they will jointly develop customized power systems for trunk line transportation scenarios, optimizing overall vehicle performance at the source to further drive technological innovation and industrialisation of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks.

As a key new energy heavy-duty truck enterprise cultivated in Xiangcheng District, Zaihe Truck was incubated jointly by the Suzhou Automotive Research Institute of Tsinghua University and Suzhou High-Speed Rail New Town. Since the beginning of this year, the company has continued to advance its market deployment, following the March release of its Yangtze River Delta development strategy and a partnership with Xuantong Shares. It has also implemented an innovative model integrating "new energy heavy-duty trucks + logistics scenarios + financial support services" to accelerate the large-scale promotion of new energy heavy-duty trucks.

According to the enterprise's plan, a total of 1,000 new energy heavy-duty trucks are expected to be deployed over the next three years, which is anticipated to achieve over 50,000 mt in carbon emission reductions annually, further enhancing the region's green transportation capacity and injecting new momentum into the development of the hydrogen-powered commercial vehicle industry.
