[Largest New Energy Heavy-Duty Truck Supercharging Station in Hainan Commences Operation] The PV+ESS+charging supercharging station in Baimajing, Danzhou, Hainan officially commenced operation on January 28, with a total installed capacity of 8,000 kW, making it the largest new energy heavy-duty truck charging station in Hainan Province. According to reports, this supercharging station was jointly invested 12 million yuan by China Southern Power Grid Hainan Electric Vehicle Company and Hainan Susutong Supply Chain Co., Ltd. It is equipped with 40 high-power charging terminals and can simultaneously provide full-power charging services for 20 heavy-duty trucks (each heavy-duty truck uses two charging terminals at once to improve charging efficiency). The station can serve over 200 vehicle charging sessions per day in total, meeting the rapid energy replenishment needs of various new energy vehicle models, including new energy heavy-duty trucks and ordinary passenger cars. The supercharging station adopts integrated PV+ESS+charging technology, combining photovoltaic power generation, smart energy storage, and large-power supercharging technology. It is expected to help reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 200,000 kg annually.
