【JAC Group Signs Cooperation Agreement with Tashkent】Recently, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JAC Group") and Tashkent Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tashkent Investment") officially signed a joint venture cooperation agreement, with both parties jointly contributing capital to establish a joint venture in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. This joint venture will focus on local assembly of complete vehicles under the JAC Group brand, auto sales, and after-sales services within Uzbekistan. The newly established joint venture will achieve complementary advantages by perfectly combining JAC Group's leading edge in advanced automotive manufacturing and intelligent technologies with Tashkent Investment's rich local market resources and mature industrial layout experience. Both parties will work hand in hand to jointly promote the project's full value chain implementation in the Tashkent Industrial Park.
