Hunan Boosts Chenzhou's Lithium Battery Industry Chain Development, Aiming for Hundred-Billion-Level Growth

Hunan: Supporting Chenzhou in Building a Complete Lithium Battery New Energy Industry Chain and Cultivating a Hundred-Billion-Level Industry" Recently, the Hunan Provincial Government Office issued several measures to support the high-quality development of the complete lithium battery new energy industry chain in Chenzhou City. The document pointed out that the government will support Chenzhou in building a complete lithium battery new energy industry chain from ten aspects, including cultivating industrial clusters, supporting innovative development, promoting intelligent transformation and digital networking, adhering to green development, and accelerating project approval. Based on the innovation of lithium battery key materials and the resource utilization of tailings and slags, Chenzhou will develop green lithium-bearing mineral resource mining, refining, and smelting, energy storage batteries, power batteries, and consumer batteries. It aims to build a complete lithium battery new energy industry chain, cultivate a hundred-billion-level industry, and make Chenzhou an important carrier of lithium battery new energy. It will also collaborate with Changsha, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan to create a new energy materials industrial cluster.
